Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with FratHouse Junkies. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition.

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged, or show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet these requirements.

 

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide instructions for an exchange if eligible.

Customers are responsible for returning the original item unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by FratHouse Junkies.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • There was a mistake made by FratHouse Junkies

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipping, cancellations may no longer be possible.
